✨ Julie Hinton-Green is a Reiki Master Teacher with over a decade of clinical experience supporting emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and somatic restoration. She has worked in a clinical setting at Addiction Rehab Toronto for 10 years, helping clients manage anxiety, trauma, stress, and emotional dysregulation. This extensive hands-on experience informs her calm, grounded, and structured approach to Reiki. Sessions are designed to help the body shift out of chronic stress and into a regulated state where healing can occur naturally. Using Traditional Usui Reiki, Julie works with the body’s energy system to release stored tension, quiet mental overactivity, and support emotional balance. Clients often report reduced anxiety, improved sleep, mental clarity, and a deeper sense of grounding.

While individual sessions are beneficial, the most meaningful and lasting results occur through committing to a structured series of care. Julie recommends the following progressive treatment plans:

Reiki Reset — 4-Session Package Focused on calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and creating initial stabilization.

Deep Alignment — 8-Session Package Designed for deeper emotional regulation, pattern release, and strengthening mind-body balance.

Ultimate Reiki Experience — 12-Session Package A comprehensive series supporting long-term integration, sustained nervous system regulation, and lasting transformation.

This progressive approach allows the body to unwind gradually, supporting meaningful change rather than temporary relief.

Sessions may support:

• Anxiety and chronic stress • Emotional overwhelm • Sleep disturbances • Mental fatigue and burnout • Life transitions • Recovery and healing support • Nervous system dysregulation

Clients are encouraged to begin with one session and continue with the Reiki Reset (4), Deep Alignment (8), or Ultimate Reiki Experience (12) for optimal results and sustained benefits.

Dr. Klerer has a passion for athletics; both recreationally and professionally. He began playing hockey at four years old and continues to play on a bi-weekly basis. Dr. Klerer acted as a medical trainer for the Bantam AAA Markham Majors hockey club. He has worked with the AAA Thornhill Reds baseball team to educate the players, parents and coaches on shoulder warmup, recovery and safety. Dr. Klerer’s approach to patient care consists of assessing and diagnosing a patient’s complaint and using that diagnoses to create an appropriate plan of management tailored to that patient. Through an assessment, a focus on functional movement patterns and specialized orthopedic tests are used to help understand underlying dysfunctions in a patient’s body. Treatment, exercise, education and advice are all integral parts to the plan of management. Dr. Klerer uses a combination of electro-acupuncture therapy, soft tissue therapy, chiropractic adjustments, exercise therapy and education to restore a pain-free, well-functioning body. The emphasis of his plan of management is on short term relief and, sustainable health over time.
